Context
This session is intended to introduce the Proquest platform and give an overview searching by keyword and subject terms, alternative search techniques and saving results.
Audience
HSE staff and authorised users of the HSE Library Service. Students on placement with HSE are also welcome to attend.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand the content in The Health Research Premium Collection
- Learn the basics of searching on ProQuest
- Use the Thesaurus and specific fields
- Plan and execute the search
- Review the results and save/export to a reference management tool.
Evaluation
By registering participants agree to share their feedback from the training.
